Till that party (Chechnya) - antiprogress (even such a word is not presented in the dictionary), a complete hopelessness, there are no rights on life and freedom - all depends on the man with the weapon, - whether it is the soldier on a post or gangster in the other place (as he soldier or gangster wants, and will act (arrive) with the peace inhabitant - to deprive freedom or to kill, the occasion always can be find, out especially if you are Chechen in the age from 15 till 60 years. Almost complete impunity of criminals. What their rights of the man, a right who has more forces and you should trust those people. The majorities of the people are quite normal, and without serious reasons of problems do not arise. But again, who decides (solves), serious or not these reasons? In the normal countries court, does, in Chechnya (or part of Russia - as it is more convenient), unfortunately, it happens, that the case does not reach the court. And even if it will reach, and the court recognizes that your are not guilty (usual situation of detention on the block a post or at "cleaning"), who will pay for deprivation of your freedom for month, three day or three hours? It is necessary in such cases to tell authorities (or someone else) a thank, for that they have not killed. In general, the confirmed facts, but confirmed by whom are necessary for similar clause or similar reflections? Whom to confirm the facts by??? - the authoritative journalists "have expelled", the different authoritative organizations have left(abandoned) limits of Chechnya. A black hole have been created, in which it is possible to do (make) everything to write off the stolen money to, kill the people, to lift the political image on blood of the people � and all it's unpunished!!!
